We provide comprehensive AI automation solutions, custom development services, and workflow optimization tools designed to enhance your business operations and drive growth.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Custom solutions remain client property upon full payment. We retain rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools used in development.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for material breach of these terms.
